Carles Rhinoplasty Templates
The Carles Rhinoplasty Templates are molds for creating standardized grafts.
The diced cartilages are placed in the molds, then are solidified with “PRF” or biological glue.
Carles Rhinoplasty clamp
The Rhinoplasty Clamp is a clamp to help the surgeon stitching the speader grafts.
The clamp is placed on the nasal septum and supports these grafts during their fixation.
This instrument makes it possible to increase the precision of the positioning of these grafts and to save precious time during the intervention.
Carles Rhinoplasty straight osteotomes
Carles Rhinoplasty osteotomes were created to allow micro-osteotomies.
Made from high-quality steel, the 1.2 mm osteotome is one of the rare ones not to deform after use.
Carles Rhinoplasty preparation plates
The white Teflon preparation plate is the only plate of this type to be CE labeled.
It allows very fine cutting of the cartilage and is essential for creating “ultrathin diced cartilage”.
The blue silicone plate allows grafts to be held in place during their preparation.
It mainly helps in the creation of complex DC + F type grafts.
Carles Push-Down rhinoplasty Forceps
The Rhinoplasty Forceps is used in rhinoplasties using the “Push Down” technique.
This instrument helps the surgeon to “break” the natural spring of the dorsum and reduces the risk of post operative “pop-up”.
